Returned items must be: ● Unused ● In their original condition ● Returned with any original packaging where possible Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Faulty or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Where appropriate we will offer: ● A replacement ● A repair (where applicable) ● A full refund including any reasonable postage costs.
